How do you bleed the clutch?
1. Make sure you have a bleeder kit or drop pan.
2. Buy DOT3 brake fluid.
3. Attach kit to bleeder valve located on the slave cylinder which is ontop of the transmission.
Then, remove the top from the clutch resevoir.
4. Depress clutch, then open the valve on the slave cylinder, allow burst of fluid to flow out, close valve, release clutch, then repeat until you see no air bubbles.
5. Make sure to check fluid level in the resevoir every couple of pumps.
Note: If the fluid is frothy, or has alot of small bubbles in it that wont go away, then your going to need a new clutch master cylinder.

might also be a bad slave cylinder.......www.nopi.com has them cheap.

It opens counter clockswise. It's just old, so put some penetrating fluid on it and be gentle. It will open eventually.
FYI: Make sure you use a closed end wrench to open it to avoid stripping.
