Its broken how do i fix it? Can u glue it? or weld?

 

I bought a new one at the dealership. I couldn't repair it and I didn't want another one that would brake soon.

what part is broken?
is it loose, does it not open the door, does it not move?

 

I replaced mine with one from a wrecking yard, PITA to do but only cost $5 if I remember right. luckily my car was black and a good can of black spray paint matched quite nicely.

 

IF part of the metal casting is broken then save yourself the grief, just replace the assembly. The drivers door handle broke on mine, replaced with a brand new one from the dealer (it came prepainted to match!).

The passanger side broke a few weeks ago, it was the guide that moves one of the control rods, fortunately with a little work I was able to drill and thread the mounting boss and re attach the guide with a fine thread machine screw with a washer under the head, if it had been much else or another broken casting, I would have just picked up the phone and ordered another handle...
