How do I get the VDI off? 89vert n/a

Can someone help me here? I'm preparing to replace my injectors. I've gotten the upper manifold off, labeled everything and removed the secondary rail. As I understand the primary's are under the VDI? I can't seem to get it off and I stopped trying so I wouldn't break anything. Has someone done this before or know a website that gives the directions and maybe some pics? Really could use some good advice here.
Thanks,

Tim

If it hasn't come off in a while it might need a tiny tug to seperate from the gasket, but hardly at all... I can't really think off the top of my head, but I know there are 4 nuts on the flange to the middle manifold (the one you want off) and the bottom (lowest) manifold flange, and another one in the middle just above those... there are also two on the drivers side oriented horizontally on those rails coming up from the block...... also a grounding nut around the back on drivers side I think..... um.... make sure you get all the hoses, and make a sketch or something so you know where they go....
I am guessing you are just missing a bolt around the back or something... there is really no trick to it.
Oh, everytime I've done it, Iv taken the upper and middle manifold off as one chunk, no need to seperate them at all, just makes more work.
