how do i get the front keyoff

how do i get the front keyway off. ive pulled tha flywheel an the rear housing. then oil pump up front. should it slide off just as tha flywheel

well, i put a screwdriver against mine, and hit the screwdriver with a hammer.
it came right off.

but then again, idk if you should follow my advice

I would not recommend banging anything on it.
Scratching or warping the key would surely require a new replacement.

The key should slide right out.
If it doesn't, it might be a sign the engine had oil lubrication problems?
