Arrow How do I check the timing and reset it? (s4 na)

title is pretty self explanatory. I have an s4 NA that was very recently rebuilt. Previous owner said the engine did not vibrate when he got the motor back from the builder. After he got on it a few good times it started vibrating on him. I changed the motor mounts and it vibed a lot less and I think that is the issue to an extent. The engine still idles very funny, sounds like a bridgeport almost. I think the hard driving shook the mounts loose a bit as the nuts were not very tight.

I am thinking when the build was done the timing wasn't set properly and I need to check this and restab the CAS. I do not know how to do this. Thanks fellers-

Derek
