how to check for water leaks on an engine outside of a car

I have an engine that I would like to sell, but I really need to check for water leaks first. The only problem is that the engine is not in a car. Anyone have any advice on how I would go about doing this?

It's not practical at all, unless you know of a way to push pressurized (13psi) water through it, and cap all outlets.
