Question how can you tell if the igniter is grounded

sorry to ask a stupid question, but have tried everything and was wondering how to check to see if igniters are grounded, and where and what needs to be grounded..........thanx in advance

I beleive they are already grounded by their brackets.

Yep, the the brackets are used to ground them, so if they're bolted down, they should be grounded.

You don't mention what the problem is, but there's a full test procedure for the coilpacks in the FSM's Engine Electrical System chapter.
