How can I tell if m tires are rubbing my springs?

I have Racing Beat springs (and AGX shocks, if that's relevant), wheels are 17x7 +42(), tires are 215/45.

There is very little clearance in front, but I can't tell if they rub when cornering. Would I be able to hear it or feel it?
I ask because tonight I was going around an exit ramp kind of hard and it felt like the front end was bouncing a bit. I couldn't tell if it was the road or my car.

If your tire are rubbing the springs you'll see rubber on the coils.

Stick a layer of masking tape to the spring and go for a quick, spirited drive.
