how to??

porting

hey all i am going to be rebuilding my motor shortly and i was wondering if yahl lcould proivide some info. i know that mazdatrix and racing beat both provide templates. which set woudl yahll recomend? also how do the templates work? do i jsut set it on there and grind at the housing till i get to the template on all soides? if not then what do i do or what would yahll recomend. i got a spare/.junk housing to practice on. also i got a air powered die grinder. what kinda tip will i need to grind at the metal?

alright so tell me if my summary is correct. i use the template to paint the shape onto the housing. then use a carbide tip to port away the paint. then use a sand roller to smooth it out.
