One on the left. there is just a slight grove on it, is there anyway to smooth it out? i dotn want it catching a seal

You're going to lose a bit of compression, I would guess, until she's broken in good...

Eww, that's getting up there...Do the grooves at the edges run the entire circumference (like mine did on 186K housings)?

Any bad chatter marks near the plug holes?

 

there is a groove on the edge but its not all teh way through its mostly on the bottom part. and i dont remember any chatter marks by plugs, these housign looked really good to me other than that groove and small ones on edges

 

What's up with those rust-bubble-looking things just below the port on the right?
