Is this a hot start problem

My 7 doesn't want to start when it is warmed up good, but instead of being flooded. I have to give it gas to get it to start. Could it be dirty injectors, I have tried some sea foam in there but didn't help. It does have idle issues. Would a vacuum leak cause hard start when warm? I have looked for a vacuum leak but have found nothing.

vacuum leaks wouldn't give you a hot start problem. Leaky injectors and low compression would. Don't pump the gas pedal on fuel injected cars, especially not rx-7's. try cleaning your injectors a little, actually take them out and clean them I mean. If that doesn't do the trick then check your compression. If compression is good then replace your injectors.

On a series five, if you hold the pedal to the floor while trying to start the car, the injectors will not add anymore fuel til the engine actually starts.

By the way, pumping the pedal won't add anymore gas, only more air with the exception of what I first wrote.
