"Hot" idling problem

Is it normal that my FC starts up to 1500 rpm and then drops down to below 1000 (in elss than 2 secs) when the ambient temperature is really hot? It starts normally in the morning (3000 to 1500).

Yes. The 3000rpm start-up only happens when the engine's cold.
