Horn Doesn't Work-It's wired to Breaker Box

So like the title says my horn doesn't work and I can see that it's directly wired to the breaker box in the engine compartment, in the center fuse slot that isn't used for anything I believe. How can I wire this sucker to get it to work?

Rewire it like it was from the factory.

I don't get the wiring diagram

Can you explain the path that the wire has to travel from the horn to its destination? I can't tell where the horn itself is in the diagram

Edit: Ok so it looks like the horn is wired to the cpu. Questions: where is the cpu, is it under the seat? What do the two lines coming down from the r.h and l.h. ending in solid dots mean- Just connected to the horn basically? What kind of wire should I use? That's it for now, I think I have a manual bookmarked with wiring diagrams so I can get more info on where it connects to the cpu

You press the horn button/switch. That puts a ground on that GREEN/ORANGE wire (G/O).

The G/O goes to the CPU plug located just aft of the interior fuse box. You pull that plug off the CPU. In that elect plug on the harness, you will find a Green/White (G/W) and a Green/Red (GR)wire. Momentarily jumper those two wires together using apiece of wire. The horn should honk if you do that. Proving the circuit from the CPU to the horns is ok and proving the power to the relay inside the CPU is good.

If the horn does not honk when you jumper those two wires together, either there is no power coming from the interior fuse box, or the circuit to the horns from the CPU is bad.

So. Say the above checks out ok. Put the plug back on the CPU. Get a piece of wire a couple of feet long. Bare on each end. Shove one end up the back of the G/O wire in the elect plug. Put the other end of that new piece of wire to a known ground. Like a bare spot on the chassis. Horn should honk when you do that.

If the horn does not honk when you put a gnd to the G/O wire, and the first part of this reply worked as advertised, then there is a problem inside the CPU. Solder joint at the jack the elect plug attached to most likely.

If the horn HONKS when you put that wire up the back of the G/O, then I"d say your horn button is not putting a gnd on the G/O wire and there is the problem. B/T the horn and CPU elect plug.

Put all the plugs on everything. Then press the horn button while wiggling the elect plug on the CPU. The horn MIGHT honk when wiggling the elect plug if there is a cold solder joint causing the problem.

The G/R wire goes to the L/H and R/H horns.

It's assumed that all the fues were checked prior to posting and were all good.
