horn

Hey guys, my horn in my 91 vert does not work all the time.Anything I can look at to rectify this problem?Thanks.

Redline the sucker and tell us if the horn comes on. Just do it at idle or something. That will tell us if there's something wrong with the button or the process itself. The horn is supposed to come on as you redline.

What in the hell are you talking about?!

The problem is most likely due to bad solder joints in the CPU. A search for "cold solder horn" will bring up more info than you will ever need.

515 posts and this is what you come up with??? there is a redline BUZZER it goes off inside the car to tell you that your about to redline and to shift the car...
