Question Homemade BOV

CAn someone post a how-to for a homemade BOV please. Thanx

OK heres a link with a pic of the checkvalve. Except the valve is on backwards. It't real easy.

-Brass check valve
-PVC conector barbed on one side, threaded same as the check valve on the other.

Attach the check valve to the output of the stock BOV using a length of tubing and the PVC fitting, clamp it all down with hose clamps and your done.

You want to make you own BOV or open-vent the stock one?
DIY open-vented BOV
Otherwise you'll need a lathe, a milling machine and some billet aluminium!

The stock BOV vents the air back into the TID. All this mod does is vent the air to atmosphere by way of a check valve. The check valve just stops any vacuum leaks. People do this for two reasons.

1. They like the woosh sound.
2. It's easier to open vent it than it is to plumb the thing back into a after market intake of any kind.
