OK heres a link with a pic of the checkvalve. Except the valve is on backwards. It't real easy.

-Brass check valve
-PVC conector barbed on one side, threaded same as the check valve on the other.
Attach the check valve to the output of the stock BOV using a length of tubing and the PVC fitting, clamp it all down with hose clamps and your done.

DIY open-vented BOV
Otherwise you'll need a lathe, a milling machine and some billet aluminium!

1. They like the woosh sound.
2. It's easier to open vent it than it is to plumb the thing back into a after market intake of any kind.
