hold light flashing

whats it mean when the hold light keeps flashing on an S5 automatic car? everything seems to be working ok but i know its not a good sign. thanks

That means you have activated the hill hold feature

its flashing though, its not on 'hold', but flashing once every second or so

ok im an idiot, thanks icemark i'm just used to things going wrong and last time the hold was flashing the speedo wasnt working b/c the cable had broken. works just fine i somehow had it in that mode
