Very rare and very expensive. 10% of the capability of a Haltech for 90% of the cost of one...

 

I had a friend that once had one back in the day. He seemed to like it but like NZConvertable said your limited to the functions it has.

 

I had a DSM and I had a VPC and I loved it. MANY MANY fast DSM's and Supra's rely on the HKS VPC. It elimates the airflow meter and supplied extra fuel, and does a damn good job. It also plugs between the wiring harness and the ECU so you have no permanent modification to the car. The only problem with it is, larger injectors require a new chip, and since it was never sold in the U.S. I think information on the chips or even new chips may be hard to come by. One went on e-bay for $400 not to long back, and I kick myself for not buying it.

ummm they don't make them for rx7's

 

They made them for the 89 - 91 FC, but they are super rare.
