HKS Oil Feed Line Size?

Helping my brother in law install an HKS turbo kit and we are trying to make the oil feed and return lines. What size should we use for the turbo feed. -3 or -4 an and with or without restrictor? Not sure whether the HKS turbo is different than the other Garrett models in what it requires. Also does someone make pre-made lines for the S4?

As a rule, run the smallest on the oil feed.
And, run the largest on the oil drain.

If possible, run a -3.
Going with a -4 is also okay.
