HKS Manifold Fitment???

I am helping my brother in law to install his HKS T04E Turbo kit? We found a couple fitment issues and was wondering how other people solved them. The first issue is that the turbo runs into the hard heater pipe. I think we are going to run a flexible line lower on the frame rail to get around it. Also the wiring harness runs very close to the turbo. How did everyone push the harness out of the way to get around this issue.

Thanks
Ryan

Compressor housing was pointing up. Its the turbine downpipe mounts that are the issue. Not sure if all kits were this way or not but they have two arms that mount to the turbo's centersection turbine clamps that hold the downpipe on.
