Hit & Run Accident w/ White RX-7

Hey guys,

I need your help. This morning on 101N in San Jose, CA a white rx-7 2nd gen. swerved into my lane and side swiped my car (a gold '02 Nissan Altima) and nearly smashed me into the center divide. Instead of pulling over the guy sped away. The suspect probably lives in San Jose. So if you see a white rx-7 with damage on the drivers side of the car, please jot down his license plate number and send me an email. caliboy12@yahoo.com

Thanks for understanding.

i don't think there's much chance of getting that guy since you can't prove anything just with the damage on someone's car... unless you have gotten his plate # during that time when he was running away, then you can get him

...and sorry to hear some jack-*** who can't take responsibility on what they have done... totally screwed up

forensics could match paint on both cars to each other...only thing is that theyre not gonna do that if no one was injured/died/car totalled and crap.

hey Brian, geez guys. I don't think its nice to mess around like that. I know Brian and he's a good guy. Heck, I just put his wheels on his Altima a few weeks ago and his car was siiick! Let's give him a little break even if he isn't a FC guy. We should really be cracking down on the FC guy that took off. Being irresponsible and all.

You are right, that wasnt very nice..Its not 2nd gen specific (is it??), but my brother works in San Jose, and I will ask him if he has seen the car (he knows quite a few people there).
