High rpms lose power and afr all over the place

Lately my car has been acting very weird.

I have a n autometer AFR guage connected to my O2 sensor.
I've noticed that any boost over 5-6psi in the upper RPMS feels like it's actually losing power.

I would describe it like the feeling of a clutch slipping. RPM's go up but you go no where. The tone of the exhaust seems to get a bit raspy as well.

I watched the AFR gauge one time I did this.
It sticks to rich until around 5k+ rpm. THen it starts to bounce back and forth until it is going so quick it lights the whole guage up from lean all the way to rich. almost like it's doing that closed loop thing but VERY quickly.

Anybody have symptoms like this before?
I have my TPS set fine so it shouldn't be that.

stab in the dark here... but could it be ignition breakup? I took my N/A to the dyno and the wideband would bounce up and down on the graph. Turns out I needed to change my plugs and wires. The car had been feeling kinda hestitant around 6 grand. After changing plugs and wires that hesitation was gone.

Also remember that a narrowband AFR gauge isn't too useful.

hmm. The plugs have less than 3k on them and the wires have about 20k on them.

I've had some really weird things happening like super rich afr's and complete boost problems and they all remedied themselves. Maybe it is my ignition system.

That's the only thing I didn't change when I went turbo.
You shoudl have seen my dyno graph it was so weird that people thought I photoshopped it.
