High RPM prob

hey guys, i dont beleive this is related to the grounding problem, but more so to a fuel problem. The reason why i say this is that ever since i got my turboback exhaust, my car has been reading full rich on my A/F guage. At WOT (i have my boost is turned ALL the way low) my car (i can hear it in the turbo and out my exhaust) seems to bog but at the same time sounds like bubbling liquid, im almost positive its not pinging and im only running at about 7-8 PSI. my a/f guage reads rich the whole time during all this. the power curve just isnt smooth. it seems to cut for a super split second then keeps going. Could it be a timing problem? timing retarded too much? way too much fuel going in? btw, when i engine is dead cold, it will periodically miss until its fully warmed up.

The stock map is normally on the rich side.
A normal (narrow band) AFR gauge exaggerates it.
A bad ground relating to the AFR will show lean (lower voltage).
You’re probably not pinging, just a slight miss.

How old are you plugs & wires?
It may be time for some nice platinum leading plugs.
As you said, the timing could be off.

Break-in?
The plugs could be bad from running rich.
Try and run some new spark plugs to see if this problem clears up.
Keep the old set just in case this doesn't solve this problem.
