another drifter *** with dreams
Hmmm.. You wont be buying ANYTHING off me, since I already make twice your pissy *** horsepower. Not too mention that I dont fit into your little preconcieved notion of what a "drifter" is. Come here and think that I will let you diss on a sport that I personally enjoy and just sit back... Dont think so..

Sorry, dont street drift. Only in competition. Thats the only point me and you seem to agree on. But I will continue to defend those that want to learn.

Because I wasn't wrong, you were pigeonholing anyone that drifts into the "gay" category because you got hit by someone you think was street drifting. Are you sure he wasn't practicing for the next NASA event and just got sideways? Since he never stopped, I guess you dont really know, you just assumed. And that makes you an ******* in my book.

Uhm, if a professional drifter is on the street practicing and hits me, I'd be just as pissed as if he were a 16-year-old with a learner's permit who just watched FF3. More pissed, probably, since he should know better.

Okay, fine. Thats perfectly logical to be mad at the individual that hit you. But then are prepared to categorically dismiss the REST of us law abiding citizens that drift as "homos and *******"? If you follow that logic then some dude practicing Archery in his back yard looses an arrow that goes high and accidentally hits your car. So now are all Archers "homos and *******"? What about the person thats speeding or practicing grip? He cant stop in time and rear ends you or wipes you out. Guess all speeders/grip are "homos and *******" too!

And dont give me that FF3 crap. Drifting, street racing, and all the rest of it was ALL there long before FF3 or any other movie from that franchise came out. Hollywood is INFINATELY more responsible for the uptick in guns and violent deaths then it is for deaths due to the FF3, although the media will certaintly spin that story the other direction.

Drifting has a stigma about it because as it turns out, the actions of a few stupid ricers tend to magnify on the rest of us. My problem is, I refuse to sit idly by and let someone loose his skewed views on the rest of us. After all, this is supposed to be a supportive "family" type environment.

Lets review the rule shall we?

3. No racist, homophobic, or misogynistic remarks, including derogatory slang, be it overt or covert, will be tolerated.
So there it is. I am sure MadRX will come back and say some quick witticisms like "get off my *******" or "go away old man". But the end result is plain to see, he was wrong, he got smacked, and now he is upset. Either way, the ubiquitous mods will be here soon enough, and I will undoubtedly recive a warning for this, but at least my voice was heard.

I like to get a little sideways on the freeway onramp when theres no traffic so does that make me gay?!?

I really hope people dont think im gay...... oh wait... i dont give a **** what people think about me.

Plus i think that people that are judging other people based on how they drive are just plain ignorant. But since were stereotyping people today I think guys that call people gay for completely unrelated reasons are rednecks and highschool kids that don't get laid, thereby trying to secure there sexuality by calling others gay. Do you fit into one of those categories madrx7racer?

ok.....I'm going to try ONE more time......IF it doesn't sink in then It's a HOPELESS cause......I am pidgeonholing any STREET RACERS WHO DRIFT ON THE STREET INTO THE *** CATEGORY......It's NOT my fault that YOU PUT YOURSELEF IN THIS CATEGORY, I never said "J-rat is a *** who likes to drift" (although it soundslike a correct statement to use from now on)........yet, I'm the ******* in YOUR book because I assumed he was a street drifter when he was in MY lane, causes my accident AND DOESN'T STOP TO SEE IF I'M DEAD.....

YOU CAN'T win this argument, I DID NOT mention YOUR NAME, or Drifting on the track, or ANYTHING ABOUT YOU but you took the liberty to include yourself into the category of **** (your problem, not mine).......YOU WERE WRONG.

SO I'm telling you one more time: relax, quit trying to start **** and let it die...

From what I see, J-Rat, you claim that Madrx7racer is emotional due to a previous traumatic experience involving someone who may or may not have been associated with some activity.

The extension from that one bad experience to all those who take part in that activity, though logically fallacious in some respects, should be understandable, especially because of the heavy emotional connection and since a large number of those that take part in 'drifting' have no real knowledge about what they are doing and do endanger others by using public roads for practice.

I have nothing against you, J-Rat, so don't take my statements so harshly. I agree that stereotyping, as well as some of the language used by Madrx7racer, is wrong (though the word '***' and related pejoratives are moving away from meaning homosexuality to a more general meaning, whether or not you like it). I also understand that emotional effects are difficult to get over.

So basically, when Madrx7racer speaks and says something that would upset you, read, "I believe all those who illegally street race and/or drift on public roads are a danger to all and should not be allowed to drive" and you'll be happier.
