High and Low Impedance in TII Injectors?????

The guy who rebuilt my engine put TII injectors in the secondaries. There were these extra wires comming from the injectors and he said they were there because my engine is one kind of impedance and they were a different impendance. Is this BS? I trust him, but the car is slightly hesitating when i rev through after like 5.5K. This is kinda pissing me off and I was just going to check his work...
thanks

sounds like he wired in resistors to some low resistance TII injectors. thats ok to do, you risk damage to ecu if you dont.

sounds like he knows what hes doing, just ask him to take a look at it and maybe he can figure it out.
there are a LOT of things that could be causing your hesitation.
