High Idling ... plz help

As said in the title my car idles high. It will idle normally when I start up but as soon as I start driving it the RPMs jump to about 1500 and sit there sometime it acts as though it is stuck in the warm up cycle where it varies between 1400 and 1600. Does anyone know what is wrong wiht my car. PLZ help.

Anthony

my TII does that too! when i turned the screw on the bac all the way in it stopped bouncing... haven't had a chance to test stuff out... i replaced most of my vacuum hoses with silicone ones beforehand except a couple that's from the IC to the bac/aws mechanisms, and the TID (all of them have minor cracks at the connection points), did the TB mod.... just have to fix those minor things and see what happens then... too lazy to do anything heheh

A crack in the TID was causing mine to idle around 1500
