high idle and running rich

Hey,
Thought it was the tps, but it seems as though this is not the problem. The car is running rich and idles around 1500-1600. I checked for leaky air and whatnot, but have not come across any thus far (i'll double check a bit later). Any ideas?

Fast idle cam, and how did you check your tps? Did you check it with a DMM?
