high idle at 2000rpm once warm

My car will start up normal when cold. Rev to 3k, I give it a blip, it settle at about 1500 until it warms up. But once it warms up it will not idle below 2000rpm for somereason. I thought maybe there was a problem with the coolant temp sensor or the cold start equipment. But I dissconnected all the cold start connections, the bac, the intercooler solenoid, the temp sensor at the water pump outlet. Car won't do cold startup when cold, but once warm still idles at 2000 rpm. So I went and check all the throttle linkages and it all is working properly.

Any ideas on what to do to fix this problem? Why does it idle at higher rpm when warm?

if you recently messed with your UIM or throttlecable.. that could be the culprit.
