PA High hp on OEM engine stud

I'm trying to find more info on fc running high hp on oem stud. Reason I'm asking is when I rebuild my engine 3yrs ago, and never bought a stud kit. The engine is an s4 with a HBP RA super seals. Since it's not my daily it still has very low miles still. And haven't drove for a year since I've been upgrading my turbo setup. The closest info I've found is from this thread and the post from RXTASY57 where he ran 30psi on OEM stud for hundreds of times https://www.rx7club.com/rotary-drag-...ou-run-964978/

What I want to do is run 20psi on my wbs366 I have and still getting supporting mod for it. I'm just looking for more info on the OEM stud. I know a proper tune is required for this and I do have a tuner.
Thanks for the help

I was also curious on recommendations for the 400hp mark. Stud upgrade, one piece dowels, etc.
I know the s5 rear iron is one of the first things you should have before thinking about changing factory bolts to studs
