high flow cat help needed

dont even suggest telling me to remove the cats cause I do nt want to. I did that with my 2 1st gen RX's and now I do not want to worry everytime I need an inspection.

what can I replace the factory cat with high flow cat wise?

If I replace the stock with a high flow will that mess up the actuators?

I dont want to do a lot of modification just basic intake / exhaust flow improvement.

I need to drive the car everyday so I cant be fixing the mods all the time

what brands of cat can I use?
Preferabley cheaper the better

with the bonez hi-flow cat, I had some problems with the backpressure opening up the ports, solved by routing the actuator pressure line to the ACV dump (exhaust) line, about 3-4" from the ACV, then disabling the relief solenoid valve (controls the "exhaust on ACV) to supply continuous pressure to the actuators.

Is there a way or type I can just replace it with and that's it?

The car will arrive to me Thursday and I am itching to get my mods figured out so I am trying to get my info down so I can be ready when I go to buy.

I was hoping I could change the cat out and the cat-back exhaust and be done with that and not have to go to doing a lot of stuff.

never had to worry about that kind of thing with me 79 & 85.

I guess I need to go see Unlce Jose Zeda

only problem with that is the $600 Racing Beat Exhuast will cost me $900 from him cause he .....is that way....

I cant replace it with a $100 converter?

I am jsut expecting the cat to be fairly worn out from the mileage. car has 200,000 but the rear , trans & driveshaft have 100,000. The motor has 25,000 since a rebuild.

I dont know the mileage on the exhaust. I will find out.
