HID for fogs?

Hey guys, I found on groupbuycenter that CATZ makes a HID kit for H3C blubs, which is our fog light blubs. Do you think it will actually be functional or just BLING?

If it's functional, then I can just run it without using the pop up lights at nite.

Also, I am also thinking of puting the new blubs to where the FTP lens is, just like the J-Spec FTP lens. Will the beam pattern be all messed up and blind everyone in front of me?

BTW, the kit is $485USD shipped.

Thanks

I think that while it would be cool to do, it might get messed up (the beam patterns) and just blind everyone. Does the J-Spec car use the same lense, if so then it would probably be fine, but if not I don't think it'll work. But like anything we'll never know until someone tries.
