Hi :) New and a suspension question

Hey everyone
After a few years driving hondas (automatics at that), I decided to get myself the 21st birthday present of a cool car :P So I bought a 1988 RX-7 fc. So far it's been amazing, and a ton of fun to drive.

The thing is, my friends (who all do some street racing) say that I would be a lot better off with some upgraded suspension. I don't have the money to buy Tein, but I'm looking for something in the price range of $400-650. Unfortunately I don't know much about cars (I'm learning), so I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to some adjustable struts.

Uh, I guess that's all

Welcome....

Tockico shocks and struts and some springs. Perhaps Intrax or Eibach, and you can get a pretty cheap upper strut bar for the engine bay too.

Don't forget to do a tune up if you already haven't

I use KYB AGX shocks and struts with Eibach springs and Racing Beat sway bar. Works great for Solo and track days. aalso look into a bushing kit, that totally changed the way the car handled.

here, these will help. but generally, just get adjustible shocks and lowering springs.
