Talking Hi, new member

Hi, I thought I'd introduce myself,

I just got an 86 rx7 a few weeks ago. I've owned 4 other rx7's in the past, but never did anything to them, so I dont know too much about modifying these.

I bought this car with 97k miles on it for $1400, it runs well but sat for about 4 years. I did get an extra 13b and tranny with the car though.

The person I bought it from removed the smog equipment and the cats. I took it to the strip and at 5000' ran a 16.7 @ 82 mph. Does that seem like a decent speed for this car?

Anyways, this forum seems like a good source of information. I go online at work, and not often, but I'll poke in from time to time.

Not bad for 5000' altitude.
