your car may be flooded.

open the fuse box under the hood, pull out the fuse that says "egi inj 40a".go back and crank the car for about 10 seconds. you have to step on the throttle all the way down it wont do anything. all you are doing is taking the fuel out of the chamber. after you cranked for 10 seconds, replace the fuse and crank it again. it should turn on. you might have to do this several times. i did it about five times before it turned on.

if it doesnt turn on you might have to remove the spark plugs, remove that same fuse and crank it again for about 15 second, remember not to get your wires mixed up, you will see a lot of fuel mist in the engine compartment and here a lot of air. after you cranked for 15 seconds add a little TRANSMISSION FLIUD to the bottom two spark plug holes. enough to make a seal between the rotor and the block. a spray paint cap full of tansmission fluid for each hole should work. put the spark plugs, wires, and fuse back on. crank again.DO NOT STEP ON THE THROTTLE. you dont want to flood it again. it should turn on, if it doesnt work the first time try again. after the car turns on dont be alarmed. it is going to smoke a lot because of the tranny fluid. i got this off the web. i tried looking for it but that site is not up anymore. if i find anotherone ill send it to you.

I have an "anti-flooding device" but mine only cost me like $10-15 dollars in parts i got at the hardware store. Its a kill switch that cuts off the fuel injection. Works great.
