Unhappy HELP! What am i missing?!?

I need help..
I have a completely stock 1987 TII. The people before had a 'new' motor put in. Believe me guys, when i tell you this was the worst job anyone has ever did. I was unable to really test, and push the car and open it up cause it only had 250miles on it, but the car had more problmes than i could ever believe
The problem is the car kicks back hard throught-out all RPMs.
I have a tech that specializes in 1st and 2nd gen RX-7. To start with the car had NA injectors in it, all 4 were non-turbo injectors that were literaily superglued into the harness. Also, there was NO KNOCK SENSOR installed in the car at all. Other stuff they screwed up that are not related to the kickin back are things like screwed up motor mounts, no ground wire, basicly everything that you could think of.
I had my tech put 4 new turbo injectors in, as well as a injector harness since the original one was shot. A knock sensor was also installed. I got the car back and it still kicked. TPS was reset. Boost sensor tested. Everything I and he could think of. But then one thing came to mind, the wastegate. The whole time i have had this car it pushes amazing boost, i have never owned/drivin in an rx-7 before so i just thought it was naturally really really boost-happy. What do you guys think of this theroy,....if the wastegate is sticking the car would push a Sh*tload of boost, (like it is) and then the ECU would turn off one of the rotors to protect the engine. That would cause a kickback as severe as this,....and for god sakes i have tired everything else.....i need help!! what do you guys think. (By they way,.I'm not even mentioning the problems i have had with the cooling system) Someone tell me if its this damn difficult to have/own a workin turbo II, beacuse right now, i have to tell you, i feel like gettin my shotgun out and putting some holes in it.

Hey RX7ECU. What you are referring to is fuel cut. It happens at 8.6 PSI of boost (if my memory is correct). Problem, is, I can't find the conversion factor for your units. For instance, 44mm of boost converts to 7.7 PSI of boost. Atmospheric pressure (1 bar) = 14.7 psi. But I've searched all of my conversion tables, and I can't for the life of me find the conversion for Sh*tloads.
If you have a conversion, and it comes out to less than 8 psi, you may still experience fuel cut due to boost spikes. There should be a "pill" (a round white thingy with a tiny little hole in the middle) in the boost sensor line near the intake manifold. If there isn't, get one and put it in. This should get rid of false fuel cut triggers.

Yea, i don't know how much i'm pushing. I don't have an decent boost guage. But i should make clear that this problem is not just when i push the car,...this happens during normal smooth acceleration, or pullin away form a stoplight. I think its very important to understand that i have 4 new injectors, knock sensor, working boost sensor and working TPS,.....you will be curizin down the road holding down the gas easy,......the car will fall on its face then all the sudden take off crazy,......if you push it, it will kick back ramdomly. So,...after considering that, do you still think it could be the wastegate? (one thing i haven't done is check the ECU for errors, thats the only other posible thing i can think of)

I know you said you reset the TPS but you might have a bad unit.

When I first picked my car up it kind of did the same thing, bucked and whined even under light throttle. The TPS was replaced with a brand new unit and the problems went away, also I would check to make sure that boost "pill" is actually in the line.
