Verts didn't come with a manual window, they only came with a power one.

The vert window system is different than the coupes, so you couldn't use a coupe window regulator

And I fixed your title... please put a real title next time... lame titles like Help, pretty much make sure no one will look at it.

if it is the cable that is broke, it might be easier just to rig up some bicycle cable as a replacement.

And there is a passengers one On ebay right now

Dealer or mazdatrix
spend the money for a new one, I have put 3 used ones in and spent as much or more than I did to buy a new power regulator,
I now have a smooth powerful new regulator in the vert and it should last.

I had to actually purchase one from the dealer, on a few occasions you might find one in the for sale section, but don't bet on it.

sounds like a switch and not a regulator. Have you tested the switch? usually, and I say usually when a regulator goes its both directions that quit. Switch can be up or down.

Before all you smart guys start in on me I am fully aware that a cable can break and the window work but that is the exception and not the rule with the 4 regulators i have had go bad.....
