Help, turn signals/flashers wont work

Any ideas? My 89's turn signals/flashers on the left side dont work when I either turn on the left turn signal, or turn on the flashers... THe right side works fine, also the left turn indicator light on the dash does not work either? Fuse? Help, thanks!!! John

Does the Hazards switch light both sides???

Probably a cold solder joint in the CPU or a bad CPU

Great, then that rules out the switch. Check the CPU.

Probably needs resoldering. Cold solder joints.

If you need one I have most of them in stock at my webstore (www.mazdamark.com)

Check the flasher.. located too the left of the clutch.. take off the past shield.. and un-screw the ecu housing. The Fasher is going to be on the bottom. You can just pull it out from the plastic housing.. and check it out.

My right one wasn't working.. seems that the end of one of those coil things for flasher got loose. Just put a zip tie around it, pluged it back up and works like a charm. Of if you have the money, you can just buy a new flasher.

Hope this helps.
