Help: Throttle linkage

Help ive removed my TB to do some changing of hoses, PD-banjo bolt, and numerous Fuel hoses. Its back in the car now and I forget which link the throttle cable attaches to, is it the lower link or the upper link?

I never had to look at it this way but lower link I believe. It will only go on one of them. The other is for cruise control and that is mounted in a different direction and you wont be able to put the accelerator pedal cable on it.

Yea my hands are too big to get at it, so my wife connected them for me!! Wow just swaping my 86 TB with the 88 TB made my car starts alot quicker and better throttle response. Guess I had issues that I didnt know of on my 86 TB. Anywho, car starts and runs awesome, but one thing when starting the car it doesnt just up to 3000 rpms anymore, stays at 800 rpms on startup. Will this become a problem? what allows the car to just up to 3000 rpms at start(I know its the cold start system). I have everything connected.
