HELP Starter bolts and sunroof problems!

someone please help my bolt on the starter is compeltly stripped i tried vice grips it doesnt work at all im considering drilling through the bolt how should i do this correctly to get it out or are there other alturnitives also my sunroof stops moving halfway through the process of going back and forth it makes sounds but doesnt move

lol, no, it is a LONG bolt that goes through the other side to the engine block, and has a nut on it. RIght now the nut on the other end is turning, so you need anothe 14mm wrench to hold it, then itll come apart. THis is the top starter bolt IM referring to...the bototm one is simply a short 14mm bolt that comes right out. IF this one is fucked up, youll have to either pry or drill it out, or whatever.

hmm the other bolt still wont come out and i think i drilled farther than it what other options do i have?

Cut the head off with a cutoff tool or dremel or diegrinder, then worry about the rest later once the starter is off. OR, keep sizing your drillbit up larger and larger until enough of the mass is gone that it can be pulled out or broken or whatever to get it out. Then youll either have to use a helicoil ro replace those threads, or tap out a larger hole for a larger size bolt.
