Help! Stalling problem & starting issue

Hi all! I'm picking up an FC next week, there's a slight problem with the car stalling out when the car comes to a stop when the AC and the headlights are turned on at the same time. I've been reading on the forum that it can be the BAC valve or the alternator, but I was told that the alternator was replaced. Anything else I should check into? Also, when starting the car, the gas pedal has to be depress 1/3 of the way to start the car; what can this be? Thank you all in advance.
