Unhappy Help Please!! Just replaced injectors...

Can someone please give me some advice. I am no expert mechanic. I have an 88 non-turbo, and yesterday I pulled and replaced my injectors. I've never done any engine work, but I have the Haynes manual and it looked like something I could handle. When i got everything back together, I started it up and it ran like a lawnmower. It sounds really heavy and seems to bog down. Very slow response to throttle. Maybe not enough air? HELP!!

Well, either the injectors are f&$ked, or you probably didn't hook something back up (wow... I'm good)

OK- First off, check for a vavuum hose off- it's easy to leave one off.. and it'll make your car run like butt.

Check to make sure everything is plugged in...

If it still runs badly- put the old injectors back in... and see how it is.

Jeez- if you are running the wrong impedence injectors your could quicky fry your ECU... they changed impedence in the middle of 1987. Before that is low impedence, after that is high.
There are easy ways of making either injectors work in any year though, but that's another search!
