HELP PLEASE! Heater blower.

When I turn on my heater fan, it goes to max speed. Adjusting the slider to low or max will not change the speed at all. It is stuck on max. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

pull out the blower housing assembly thing, and see if the transistor is plugged in.. mine blew a thermal fuse and wouldnt work at all
