CA Help please, anyone who's done 13b-rew convertion, your knowledge is needed.

Hello. I am currently undertaking an engine convertion on my N/A 87 fc3s, and dropping a 13b-rew engine in. I've gotten it mounted and everything, but my question has to do with the transmission. It is said that the 13b turbo II transmission can fit into the 13b-rew engine with minior issues. Before I try to mate the tranny with the engine, I thought it would be a good idea to ask about what the minor issues may be, and how I could correct them. If anyone has any experience with this, and could guide me through the procedure, I would truly apreciate it.

Thanks.
