ok heres the deal my car has been running a bit shitty since i put it back together...new clutch, new gear box,jdm motor,walbro 255,3inch turbo back racingbeat exhaust,hks super megaflow intake and an hks fuel cut defenser..all emmisions removed..car is an 87 turboII....when i'm driving its all good until i get on it it starts spuddering and when i get into 3rd gear it just doesnt pull anymore like if i was hitting fuel cut or something..also around 3000rpm i hear like a whistling noise a few people have told me that the noise is my turbo(gone bad) not sure though could anyone help me out?? thanks in advance

 

What boost are you seeing in 3rd gear?

 

i dont know what type of boost i'm hitting because i dont have a boost gauge nor do i have a air fuel gauge but i'm working on it...anyone have any answers on whats going on???

all i know is that i have brand new tires with sum real nice threading on them(grip wise) and once i step on the pedal my car goes allll over the road tires all day...1st,2nd,3rd, but in high 3rd is where the car breaks up
