help please

alright heres the scoop i have tested out my trailing and lead coils both are fine i have cleaned up my spark plugs and change the wires i have also replaced the ecu for my 1988 mazda rx-7 gxl 13b na but i have still no spark from the trailing coil and 1 of my leading spark plugs are misfiring anyone have any suggestions (i have yet to check all the grounds which i will do tomorrow)

How do you know one of the leading is miss-firing??? Both the leading fire exactly at the same time as they are connected to the same leads. Its just a dual output single coil for the leading.
