help on piping with pic

help

refer to pic.
the fuel reg on pic is my fuel dampener and the red pipe will now be connected but the purple pipe is the problem

it is connected to the LIM and was connected to the side of the upper inlet manifold just past the TB.
there are two pipes comming out on that side 1 big 1 small , the big one goes down and splits off to four pipe that go to the oil thingys. the other one was what the purple pipe connected to, this sounds like a big loop and does nothing, any help on where it is ment to go and should i just block it off( im chucking the emission crap)

The red arrow area can be chunked and capped off. That was some cold start fluid bs thing.

The purple arrow points to the SUPPLY air for the AIR BLEEDS for the FUEL INJECTORS. That vac hose supplys fresh, filtered air TO the fuel injector bleeds. Personaly, I'd keep this one. Its part and parcel of your idle system to some degree. Then again, out of ignorance mostly, I see where a lot of people chunk it also with no problems. Your choice.
