ok the drivers side one works really slow, the passanger window doesnt work at all. even using the driver side window switch. any input wanna fix it bad. thx.

 

Pull the door panel off and disconnect the motor (plug is a 2 prong piece right about dead center of the door. Get a multimeter and stick it into the plugs coming from the door to the motor and flip the switch, both the drivers and passengers'. You should get an alternating 12V. If not, one or both switches are bad. If you do get 12V, go disconnect your battery or find some other 12V source and jump the window motor with it. If that doesn't move the window, have fun replacing the window motor.
