Exclamation HELP!!! oil..coolant..smoke..REBUILD!

okay guys, this girl needs advice fast. :`( I'm so upset, i won't let myself drive my car anymore. I changed her oil yesterday, and i noticed some white smoke when i drove her afterwards. Today there is a lot more white smoke, it's like instant smoke screen, even when at idle and especially when i first get moving. i only drove her to work and when i got home i let her cool down and then i checked her coolant and i saw some little swirls of oil in her. AHH! i couldn't see into her oil, but assuming they fluids exchange both ways and water vapor makes white smoke there is probably coolant in her oil too. I think this is a definite engine rebuild, bad engine seals? if any one in the ohio area (cleveland) knows of a good rebuild place, please tell me. and if anyone knows of something else that might be causing it let me know.
Thank you for anything you tell me. (sniff, sniff)

Oil in the coolant is a really bad sign.
It is a definite candidate for a rebuild.

Well, I got the chance to look over her car and couldn't find any trace of oil in the coolant... so i don;t know what she saw. I had the thought that maybe the cold start antifreeze injector thingy was injecting for some reason, that would cause our mystery smoke, so i disconnected it and blocked off the ends of the tubing. We then took it for a test drive, but couldn't produce any smoke, so was that the probelm? Well, probably not seeings how the tubing was all dry, no evidence that antifreeze had been flowing through recently. So, i'm guessing it was just coincidental... Her cats are clogged, so how bout this, hypothetically:
When she comes to a stop from on the highway(when the smoke usually happens) the car tries to idle, but due to clogged cats, it only kind of idles. Something here is causing excess fuel to be thrown out the exaust port and into her cats. Her lack of secondary air injection for the cats means that the fuel isnt burning instantly as it should and is maybe collecting and burning off slowing, whenever the next time she hits the throttle and sends more hot exhaust gasses to speed up the process, causing much smoke coming out the tailpipe.

Well, thats what i think might be happening, my 2 cents...

i took her for a drive again, and it seems that after i drive her fast on the highway and then drive some stop and go and when she stops she either idles high (about 1250 rpm's) and she produces smoke, but when she idles low (about 500 rpm's) she doesn't, and her idle varies alot, probably because of her clogged cats.
Skibum9199 thinks that when the car is idling high, the air/fuel mix is really rich for some reason, faulty tps or rich/lean screw(near airbox)
When its idling low, at about 500, the car is nearly stalling and shakes badly, but is running at the right a/f mix. He thinks that the clogged cats are making it idle that low because there is too much backpressure on the engine.
Any thoughts on this?
Anyone want to donate a race pipe? (its an 87 base na)

Thanks!
Jessica
