Angry Help- A new throttle body?

Help – Do I need a forth new throttle body? I drive a 91 RX7 turbo that I’ve owned since ’91. My second throttle body was put in under warrantee at 34K after the throttle stuck at full throttle. I had a third throttle installed at 98K after the throttle stuck again at full (This time, I was accelerating hard! You don’t get a lot of time to react.) I was told the holes (bearings?) for the butterfly rods were enlarged. The car now has 117K and the warm idle is fast and cycles. My current mechanic (supposed to be good and has always been right so far) tried to adjust the idle and noticed a vacuum leak at the butterfly shaft(s). With the leak, the car probably won’t pass my state inspection. He can’t find a new throttle body. Do I really need a new TB? Does anyone rebuild these things?
