If your illumination fuse is good then chances are your headlight switch has a problem. If you were to disconnect the switch from the harness and jumper the W/G wire to the R/B wire in the harness your tail lights should come on in addition to the sidemarkers and front parking lights. If you jumper the W/G wire to the R/G wire in the harness your dash lights ought to come on.

Doesn't matter. The headlight switch's job as far as turning on the headlights is to put a ground on the W/L wire and that's all. Also, I'm sure your sidemarkers as well as the front parking lights are also dark as the night.

When the switch is becoming problematic the harness is usually damaged as well. When the headlight switch is disconnected from the harness you can look into the harness side of the plug and see burnt spots which indicates the damage.

word of advice. the harness and all the switches connected to the harness MUST BE OF THE SAME SERIES RX7.

also... replace the switch and the harness. if you dont replace both, it will mess up again.
