Angry Help! My right turn-signal randomly decides not to work

Here's what happens -- randomly, my righ turn-signal decides not to work.

70% of the time, it does work, but sometimes, for no reason, it decides not to.

Basically, when it doesn't work, I can hear the turn-signal's clicking noise, but clicking very fast, but the right arrow doesn't light up in the dash, and the front/read turn lights don't light up either.

The bulbs aren't the problem, and I find it weird that the right turn lights don't work when I turn the hazards on either...

Here's a little video of the thing, from the inside --

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FTgF9LWUWH8

First, I turn the hazards on -- you'll see that only the left arrow blinks.

Then, harzards off. I set the left turn, and you see the left arrow blink as it should.

After that, right turn, and you see how the right arrow doesn't blink, but you can hear the fast clicking noise.

Help me please, this is driving me nuts...

Any information/feedback will be greatly appreciated

Your blinker relay is shot, replace your CPU.

Don't get it confused with the ECU, the CPU is a small rectangular box behind a kick panel next to the fuse box. The blinker board is replaceable on it own, its on the bottom of the CPU. It removes with two screws and a bit of finesse.
